Returned Goods
Under the distance selling regulations 2000, you have a cooling off period of 7 working days in which to cancel the goods, this starts from the day after you have received them.
If there are any problems with any item purchased from ourselves, then please feel free to contact us, as soon as possible, in order for us to try and resolve them.
Please report any damage that there may be to the packaging immediately.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging along with all of the paperwork, goods must be in an unused condition with no damage.
All returned goods must be sent by registered mail such as Royal Mail Special Delivery and insured by yourselves to an insurance level that covers the full original purchase price. CattyLicious will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred for returned goods.
